Elizabeth is an AI, built on Claude by Anthropic, and it can be wrong. Elizabeth Bridge is a self-insight tool for adults. It isn't therapy, a diagnosis or a medical device, and it isn't for a crisis. In danger: 112. In Belgium, the Zelfmoordlijn is 1813. ## What it shows - Messages: what you did in a chat (a reply much slower than your usual, a second message before they answered, a question, an apology, a hedge) and what the other person did next (how long they took, how long they wrote, whether they asked back), against your own usual with that person. Each line reads Better, Worse, No difference or Too few, with how many times it happened. - Energy: one tap after a conversation, from less energy to more, with who and which channel. By person and by situation, three hours later and the next day. A day you didn't tap reads not recorded. - Principles: a rule you live by, in your words. What it gives you and what it costs you, measured from your messages and estimated by Elizabeth, with a test for the month. - Portrait: short questionnaires on public-domain items, scored by plain code with no AI, again every few months. A change has to pass four checks, otherwise it reads no change. - Experiments: two weeks with a change, two weeks without, twice, then counted. - Ask Elizabeth: questions about your own patterns, every number cited to its row. It disagrees when your data does. ## What it never does - No personality type, no single score, no relationship odds, no predictions about anyone. - It never scores, labels or describes the people in your chats, and never labels anyone's emotions. - Group chats are dropped. Voice notes, photos and video are never analysed. - No employer or team plan.
