Price, trial and renewal
- 14 days free, then €29 a month, or €276 a year if you choose yearly. VAT included. Card payment through Stripe. Nothing is charged before 12:00 Brussels time on day 15. The exact date is on the order page and in your confirmation mail.
- Monthly renews every month until you cancel.
- Yearly renews for one more year unless you cancel before the renewal date shown in your account and in our reminder mail. Once renewed, you can cancel the yearly plan at any time and we refund the unused months.

What Elizabeth Bridge is for
- Elizabeth Bridge is a self-insight tool for healthy adults. It shows you how you deal with people, from what you choose to add: chat exports, short check-ins after a conversation, the principles you write down and short questionnaires you take in the app.
- It isn't therapy, counselling or a psychological assessment, and it isn't a medical device. It has no diagnostic purpose and isn't intended to prevent, diagnose, monitor, treat or alleviate any disease or condition. It doesn't screen for or score any condition, and it isn't for a crisis.
- It never predicts how a relationship will go, and it never scores, labels or describes anyone but you.
What you buy
- A subscription to Elizabeth Bridge for one person, tied to the email you give when you order.
- For consumers only, for your own private use. There is no employer, team or business plan, and nobody but you sees your results.
- Features marked "Coming" on the site or in the app aren't part of what you buy today. We mail you when one arrives.
18 and older
You must be 18 or older to subscribe, and to rate a member when a member invites you.
Elizabeth is an AI
- Elizabeth is an AI. It runs on our servers and uses Claude, a model made by Anthropic. Everything Elizabeth writes, your weekly read, the moves it proposes for a principle, what keeps coming back and its answers, is written by AI and marked as such.
- Questionnaire scores are worked out by plain code, with no AI.
- Elizabeth can be wrong. Every reading shows how many times it happened and what would prove it wrong, and says no change when nothing moved.
What you need
- A browser on your phone or computer. You don't need a Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini account.
- A chat export is optional: WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, Messenger, Gmail, or iMessage through a free exporter you install yourself. Without one, check-ins, principles and the questionnaires work on their own.
Your uploads and the people in them
- Upload only conversations you were part of. Leave out conversations with anyone under 18.
- Group chats are dropped. You say which author is you and tag each person, for example partner, family, friend or work.
- Elizabeth describes what you did and what happened next, in counts: how long a reply took, how long it was, whether a question came back, who wrote next. It never describes another person's character, feelings, motives or health, and gives them no score.
- Use what you see for your own understanding. Don't use Elizabeth Bridge to monitor, judge or expose anyone.
- What reaches our server and the AI is set out in the Privacy notice.
People you invite to rate you
You can invite up to 4 people to answer short questions about you. Each gives their own consent on their own page, answers by ticking, never by writing, and can have their answers deleted by mailing us. We never mail them: you send them the link.
If you're in danger
- Elizabeth Bridge isn't for a crisis. If you write about hurting yourself, or about someone hurting you, Elizabeth stops what it was doing and shows these numbers.

Cancelling
- Cancel any time with Cancel contract here in every page footer and in your account, then "Cancel plan". You get a confirmation mail at once.
- Cancel within the 14 days and you pay nothing.
- Monthly stops at the end of the month you paid. You keep access until then.
- Withdrawing your consent to the use of your data stops Elizabeth and deletes your data, and you can then cancel with a refund of the unused part.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you subscribe.
To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract here at elizabethbridge.com/withdraw, linked in every page footer, your account and your confirmation mail. Or send us a clear statement by mail to frederic@lalumiereconsulting.be or to BV La Lumière Consulting, Avenue Louise 323, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the period ends is enough.
If you withdraw, we refund every payment we received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, to the card you paid with, at no cost to you. Your first payment falls after the withdrawal period, so normally there's nothing to refund.

Third-party services
- Anthropic, Stripe and the apps you export your chats from are provided by those companies, on their own terms. We give no warranty for them, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. They aren't liable to you under these terms for indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages.
- The free iMessage exporter is someone else's software, which you install and run yourself.
Legal guarantee
You have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services under articles 1701/1 to 1701/19 of the old Civil Code.
Liability
- You decide what you do with what Elizabeth Bridge shows you.
- Our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
- The limit doesn't apply to death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or intent, failure to deliver the service, or a breach of data-protection law.
Changes
- We may change the service or these terms for a valid reason: new features, security, a change in the law, or a source ending. We mail you at least 30 days before. You can cancel free of charge within 30 days of that mail.
- Yearly price changes apply only from your next renewal.

Law
Belgian law applies. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
